一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送泵的電(dian)機功(gong)率是決(jue)定出口(kou)壓力和輸(shu)送方量(liang)(liang)的前提條件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率一(yi)定的情況下,壓力的升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)降低(di)(di);相(xiang)反(fan),降低(di)(di)出口(kou)壓力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)增加。

因此,在國家新標準中,引用(yong)了混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)與每小時實際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量之乘(cheng)積,該(gai)值越大(da),其能(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數也越大(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率也將(jiang)越大(da),由此實現大(da)排(pai)量、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在設(she)計時,還(huan)采用(yong)了高低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)設(she)計,以(yi)滿足不同(tong)的(de)(de)施(shi)工要(yao)求,在經(jing)濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量,或(huo)者(zhe)以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率,產生較高的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)。
