選(xuan)擇多(duo)大(da)(da)電(dian)機混凝土(tu)泵,首先要考慮變壓器(qi)容量,其次考慮距(ju)離混凝土(tu)泵的遠近和線(xian)徑大(da)(da)小,以(yi)免壓降過(guo)大(da)(da)造成(cheng)電(dian)流增高或跳(tiao)閘(zha)停機,過(guo)大(da)(da)功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加(jia)和使用不便。電(dian)機過(guo)小,同時也滿足不了工(gong)程需要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的電(dian)機功率是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的前提條件,在電(dian)機功率一定的情況下(xia),壓(ya)力的升高必將使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低;相反,降低出口(kou)壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增(zeng)加(jia)。
為(wei)了保證混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵既要(yao)(yao)有較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量,又能有一(yi)定(ding)的出口壓(ya)力和與(yu)之相匹配的經(jing)濟功率(lv)(lv),在混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵的設計(ji)中(zhong),大(da)都(dou)采用了恒功率(lv)(lv)柱塞(sai)泵;即恒功率(lv)(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出口壓(ya)力升高時,油(you)泵輸(shu)出排(pai)量會自動降低,達到(dao)與(yu)功率(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相對應的值;如(ru)果既要(yao)(yao)達到(dao)出口壓(ya)力高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量大(da)的目的。惟(wei)一(yi)的途徑就(jiu)是(shi)增加電機功率(lv)(lv)。
