隨著(zhu)現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)業的興(xing)起,以混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)材料的建(jian)設方式已經成為(wei)了建(jian)筑業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的主(zhu)(zhu)要構造之一(yi),在各種工(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設中占據了很(hen)大的比例(li),使得(de)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土機(ji)械(xie)的發展經久不衰,且有越(yue)(yue)演(yan)越(yue)(yue)烈的形勢。拖(tuo)式混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土泵(beng)(beng),簡稱(cheng)拖(tuo)泵(beng)(beng),是各種混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土機(ji)械(xie)中的一(yi)種,用于(yu)混(hun)(hun)(hun)凝土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中的輸送和澆(jiao)注工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。

選擇多(duo)大(da)(da)(da)電機(ji)混凝土泵,首先要考(kao)慮(lv)變壓器容量(liang),其次考(kao)慮(lv)距離混凝土泵的遠近和線徑(jing)大(da)(da)(da)小,以免壓降(jiang)過大(da)(da)(da)造成(cheng)電流增(zeng)高或跳閘停(ting)機(ji),過大(da)(da)(da)功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加(jia)和使用不便。電機(ji)過小,同時也滿(man)足不了工程(cheng)需(xu)要。

一(yi)臺混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的電機(ji)功率是決定(ding)出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方(fang)量的前提條(tiao)件,在電機(ji)功率一(yi)定(ding)的情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵既要有較大輸送(song)(song)量(liang),又(you)能(neng)有一定的出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)和與之相(xiang)(xiang)匹配的經(jing)濟(ji)功率(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的設計中,大都采用了恒(heng)功率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒(heng)功率(lv)值選定后,當出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)升高時,油泵輸出(chu)排(pai)量(liang)會自動降低(di),達到(dao)與功率(lv)設計相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)應的值;如果(guo)既要達到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)高,又(you)想得(de)到(dao)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)大的目的。惟一的途徑就是增加電機功率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準(zhun)中,引用了混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)能力(li)指數(shu)(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位);即混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓力(li)與每小(xiao)時實際輸(shu)送量(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大,其能力(li)指數(shu)(shu)也越(yue)大,電(dian)機的(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越(yue)大,由(you)此實現(xian)大排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)設計(ji)時,還(huan)采用了高(gao)低(di)壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能設計(ji),以滿(man)足不同(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,又能產(chan)生較(jiao)大的(de)(de)輸(shu)送量(liang),或(huo)者以相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv),產(chan)生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)。
