一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)電機功率是決定出口壓(ya)力和輸送(song)方量的(de)前(qian)提條件,在電機功率一(yi)定的(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升高必將使輸送(song)量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口壓(ya)力,將會使輸送(song)量增加。
為了(le)保證混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵既要有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量,又能(neng)有(you)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)的出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力和與之(zhi)相匹配的經濟功率(lv),在混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的設計中(zhong),大(da)都(dou)采用(yong)了(le)恒功率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功率(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力升高時(shi),油泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量會自動(dong)降低,達到(dao)與功率(lv)設計相對應的值;如果(guo)既要達到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量大(da)的目的。惟(wei)一(yi)(yi)的途徑(jing)就是(shi)增(zeng)加電機功率(lv)。
因(yin)此(ci)(ci),在(zai)國家新標準中,引用(yong)了(le)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單位(wei));即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)實際(ji)(ji)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)與(yu)每小時(shi)實際(ji)(ji)輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該值越大(da)(da),其能(neng)力(li)(li)指數也越大(da)(da),電機的(de)(de)功率(lv)(lv)也將越大(da)(da),由此(ci)(ci)實現大(da)(da)排量、高(gao)(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用(yong)了(le)高(gao)(gao)低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)產生較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者(zhe)以(yi)相同的(de)(de)電機功率(lv)(lv),產生較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
