隨著現代工(gong)(gong)業的(de)興起,以(yi)混(hun)凝土(tu)為主材料的(de)建(jian)設方式已經成為了建(jian)筑業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)主要構造(zao)之(zhi)一(yi)(yi),在各種工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)設中(zhong)占據了很大的(de)比例,使(shi)得混(hun)凝土(tu)機(ji)械的(de)發展(zhan)經久不衰,且有(you)越(yue)(yue)演越(yue)(yue)烈的(de)形勢。拖(tuo)(tuo)式混(hun)凝土(tu)泵,簡稱拖(tuo)(tuo)泵,是各種混(hun)凝土(tu)機(ji)械中(zhong)的(de)一(yi)(yi)種,用于(yu)混(hun)凝土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)的(de)輸送和澆注工(gong)(gong)作。
拖泵分類選型

選(xuan)擇(ze)多大(da)電機(ji)(ji)混凝土泵(beng)(beng),首先要(yao)考慮變壓器容(rong)量(liang),其次考慮距離混凝土泵(beng)(beng)的遠(yuan)近和(he)線(xian)徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓降過大(da)造成(cheng)(cheng)電流增高或跳閘停機(ji)(ji),過大(da)功(gong)率造成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增加和(he)使用(yong)不便。電機(ji)(ji)過小(xiao),同(tong)時也滿足不了工(gong)程需要(yao)。
混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)功率、混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)出口壓力、混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量之間(jian)的關系
一(yi)臺混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的電機功率是決定(ding)出口壓力和輸(shu)送方(fang)量的前提條件,在電機功率一(yi)定(ding)的情況下,壓力的升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送量降低(di)(di);相反,降低(di)(di)出口壓力,將會使(shi)輸(shu)送量增加。
為了(le)保證(zheng)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要(yao)有較大輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能有一(yi)定的(de)出口壓力(li)和與之相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計中(zhong),大都(dou)采用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率(lv)值選定后,當出口壓力(li)升高(gao)(gao)時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)出排量(liang)會(hui)自(zi)動降低(di),達到(dao)與功(gong)率(lv)設計相對(dui)應的(de)值;如果(guo)既(ji)要(yao)達到(dao)出口壓力(li)高(gao)(gao),又想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途(tu)徑(jing)就是增(zeng)加電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國家新標準中(zhong),引用了混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)概(gai)念(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)(liang)單(dan)位);即混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際出口壓力(li)與每小時實(shi)際輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該值(zhi)越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),其能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)也越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)(yue)大(da)(da),由此實(shi)現(xian)大(da)(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)(zai)設計時,還采用了高(gao)低壓切(qie)換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)(yi)滿(man)足不同(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟(ji)狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,又能(neng)產生較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang),或者以(yi)(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率,產生較高(gao)的(de)(de)出口壓力(li)。
