一臺混凝土輸送泵的電機功(gong)(gong)率是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸送方量的前提條件,在電機功(gong)(gong)率一定的情(qing)況下,壓(ya)力的升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸送量降低;相反(fan),降低出口(kou)壓(ya)力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸送量增加。
為了(le)(le)保證混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)既要有(you)較大輸(shu)送量,又(you)(you)能有(you)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)的(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力和與(yu)(yu)之相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)設計中(zhong),大都采用了(le)(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率柱(zhu)塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)率值(zhi)選定(ding)后(hou),當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力升高時,油(you)泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)排量會自動降(jiang)低,達(da)到(dao)與(yu)(yu)功(gong)(gong)率設計相對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要達(da)到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力高,又(you)(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)送量大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一(yi)(yi)的(de)途徑就是(shi)增(zeng)加電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)國家(jia)新標準中,引(yin)用(yong)了混(hun)凝土輸送泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝土輸送泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際出口壓(ya)力與每小時實(shi)(shi)際輸送量(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大(da),其能(neng)力指(zhi)數也越(yue)大(da),電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將(jiang)越(yue)大(da),由此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高揚(yang)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂(le)公司在(zai)設(she)計時,還采用(yong)了高低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設(she)計,以滿足(zu)不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經(jing)濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)(sheng)較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸送量(liang),或者以相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率,產生(sheng)(sheng)較高的(de)(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力。
