一臺混凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的電(dian)機功率是決(jue)定出口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送方量(liang)的前提(ti)條件,在電(dian)機功率一定的情(qing)況(kuang)下,壓(ya)力的升(sheng)高必將使輸(shu)送量(liang)降低(di);相反(fan),降低(di)出口壓(ya)力,將會使輸(shu)送量(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保證(zheng)混凝土輸(shu)送泵既要(yao)有(you)較(jiao)大輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang),又(you)能有(you)一定的(de)(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力和(he)與之相匹配的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)設計(ji)中,大都采用(yong)了恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即(ji)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定后(hou),當出口(kou)壓(ya)力升高(gao)時(shi),油泵輸(shu)出排量(liang)(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相對(dui)應的(de)(de)(de)值;如果既要(yao)達(da)到(dao)出口(kou)壓(ya)力高(gao),又(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)大的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci),在(zai)(zai)國家新標準中,引用了混凝土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能力指數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即(ji)混凝土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)(ji)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力與每小時實(shi)際(ji)(ji)輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越大,其能力指數(shu)也(ye)越大,電機的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功率(lv)也(ye)將越大,由此(ci)實(shi)現大排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司(si)在(zai)(zai)設(she)計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功能設(she)計(ji),以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下,又能產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang),或者以相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電機功率(lv),產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力。
