隨著現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)的(de)興起,以(yi)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)為主材料的(de)建(jian)設方式已經(jing)成為了(le)建(jian)筑業(ye)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)主要(yao)構造之一,在(zai)各種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建(jian)設中占據(ju)了(le)很大的(de)比例,使得混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機(ji)械的(de)發展經(jing)久不衰,且有越(yue)演越(yue)烈的(de)形(xing)勢(shi)。拖式混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)泵,簡稱拖泵,是各種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)機(ji)械中的(de)一種(zhong),用于混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中的(de)輸(shu)送和澆注工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。

37千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(目前國內標準混(hun)凝(ning)土泵,37千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)以下為細石砂漿泵)、45千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、55千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、75千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、90千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、110千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、130千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴(chai)油(you))、132千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、162千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴(chai)油(you))、174千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴(chai)油(you))等。
選擇多(duo)大(da)電(dian)(dian)機混凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng),首(shou)先要考(kao)(kao)慮變壓器容量,其次考(kao)(kao)慮距離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵(beng)的遠近和(he)(he)線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓降過大(da)造成電(dian)(dian)流增(zeng)高或(huo)跳閘停(ting)機,過大(da)功率造成成本增(zeng)加和(he)(he)使用不便。電(dian)(dian)機過小(xiao),同時也(ye)滿足不了工(gong)程(cheng)需(xu)要。

一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功率(lv)是決定(ding)出口壓(ya)力(li)和(he)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)方量的(de)(de)(de)前提(ti)條件,在(zai)電機(ji)功率(lv)一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)情況下(xia),壓(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)升高必將使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出口壓(ya)力(li),將會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量增加。
為(wei)了(le)保(bao)證混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵既要(yao)有(you)較(jiao)大(da)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量(liang),又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)和與(yu)之相匹配的(de)經濟(ji)功率(lv)(lv),在混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵的(de)設計中,大(da)都采用了(le)恒功率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)(ding)后,當(dang)出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自動降(jiang)低(di),達到與(yu)功率(lv)(lv)設計相對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要(yao)達到出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)高,又(you)想得到輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就(jiu)是增加電機(ji)功率(lv)(lv)。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國家(jia)新標準中(zhong),引用了混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單(dan)位);即混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際出(chu)口壓力(li)與(yu)每小(xiao)時實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越大,其能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數也(ye)越大,電機的(de)(de)功率也(ye)將越大,由此實(shi)現大排(pai)量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)(zai)設(she)計時,還采用了高(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng)設(she)計,以滿(man)足不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)施工(gong)要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟(ji)狀態(tai)下,又(you)能(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)(sheng)較大的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者以相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)(de)電機功率,產生(sheng)(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)。
