選擇多大(da)電(dian)機(ji)混凝土(tu)泵,首先要(yao)考(kao)慮變壓器(qi)容量,其次考(kao)慮距離混凝土(tu)泵的遠(yuan)近(jin)和(he)線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓降(jiang)過大(da)造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)流(liu)增高或(huo)跳(tiao)閘停機(ji),過大(da)功(gong)率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加(jia)和(he)使用不(bu)便。電(dian)機(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足不(bu)了(le)工程(cheng)需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的電機(ji)功率(lv)是(shi)決(jue)定出口(kou)壓力和輸送(song)方量(liang)的前(qian)提條(tiao)件,在電機(ji)功率(lv)一(yi)定的情況下,壓力的升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口(kou)壓力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)增(zeng)加。
為了(le)(le)保證混(hun)凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要有較大(da)輸送(song)量(liang),又能有一定的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)和(he)與之(zhi)相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設(she)計中,大(da)都采用了(le)(le)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定后,當出(chu)口壓力(li)升(sheng)高(gao)時,油泵(beng)輸出(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達到與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)(de)值;如果(guo)既(ji)要達到出(chu)口壓力(li)高(gao),又想得到輸送(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途(tu)徑就是增(zeng)加(jia)電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新(xin)標準中(zhong),引用了(le)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單位);即(ji)混凝(ning)土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸送(song)量之(zhi)乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)大(da)(da)(da),其能(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數也越(yue)大(da)(da)(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率也將越(yue)大(da)(da)(da),由(you)此實(shi)現(xian)大(da)(da)(da)排(pai)量、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設(she)計時(shi),還(huan)采用了(le)高(gao)低(di)壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設(she)計,以滿(man)足不同的(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在經(jing)濟狀(zhuang)態下,又(you)能(neng)產生(sheng)較大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)輸送(song)量,或(huo)者以相同的(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率,產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)(de)出口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)。
