一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸送泵(beng)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)是決定(ding)出口(kou)壓力和(he)輸送方量的(de)前(qian)提條件,在電(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)情(qing)況下,壓力的(de)升高(gao)必將(jiang)使(shi)輸送量降低;相反,降低出口(kou)壓力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸送量增加。
為了保證混(hun)凝土輸送泵(beng)既要有(you)較大(da)輸送量(liang),又能(neng)有(you)一定的出口(kou)(kou)壓力和(he)與之相(xiang)匹(pi)配的經濟(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝土輸送泵(beng)的設(she)計中,大(da)都采用了恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定后,當出口(kou)(kou)壓力升高時,油(you)泵(beng)輸出排量(liang)會自動(dong)降低,達到與功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計相(xiang)對應的值(zhi);如(ru)果既要達到出口(kou)(kou)壓力高,又想得到輸送量(liang)大(da)的目的。惟一的途徑就是增(zeng)加電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci),在國家(jia)新標準中(zhong),引用(yong)了(le)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單(dan)位);即(ji)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)與每小(xiao)時實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da),其能(neng)力(li)指數也越大(da),電機的(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越大(da),由(you)此(ci)實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在設計時,還采用(yong)了(le)高(gao)(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以滿(man)足不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求,在經(jing)濟狀(zhuang)態下(xia),又能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者以相同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率,產生較高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)。
