隨著現代(dai)工業的(de)(de)興起,以(yi)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)為(wei)主材料的(de)(de)建設方式(shi)已經(jing)成(cheng)為(wei)了建筑業施工的(de)(de)主要(yao)構造之一,在各種(zhong)工程施工建設中(zhong)(zhong)占據了很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)比例,使得混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)機械的(de)(de)發展經(jing)久不衰(shuai),且(qie)有越演越烈的(de)(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式(shi)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)泵,簡稱拖(tuo)泵,是(shi)各種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)機械中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)一種(zhong),用于混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)施工中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)輸送和澆注工作。

選擇多大(da)電機混(hun)凝(ning)土泵,首先要(yao)考慮變(bian)壓(ya)器容量,其(qi)次考慮距離混(hun)凝(ning)土泵的遠近(jin)和線徑大(da)小,以免壓(ya)降過(guo)(guo)大(da)造成電流(liu)增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過(guo)(guo)大(da)功率造成成本增(zeng)加和使用不便。電機過(guo)(guo)小,同時也滿(man)足不了工程需要(yao)。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的電(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)是決定出口(kou)壓力和(he)輸(shu)送(song)方量的前提條(tiao)件,在電(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)一定的情況(kuang)下,壓力的升高(gao)必將使輸(shu)送(song)量降(jiang)低;相反(fan),降(jiang)低出口(kou)壓力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)量增(zeng)加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土輸送泵(beng)既要有較(jiao)大(da)(da)(da)輸送量,又能有一定的(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力和與(yu)(yu)之相匹配(pei)的(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混凝(ning)土輸送泵(beng)的(de)設計中(zhong),大(da)(da)(da)都采(cai)用了恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率值(zhi)選定后(hou),當出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)輸出(chu)(chu)排(pai)量會自動降低(di),達(da)到與(yu)(yu)功(gong)率設計相對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要達(da)到出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力高(gao),又想得(de)到輸送量大(da)(da)(da)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑(jing)就(jiu)是增加電機(ji)功(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中,引用了混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單(dan)位);即混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出(chu)口壓力與每(mei)小時(shi)實際輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘積(ji),該(gai)值(zhi)越大(da)(da),其能(neng)力指數也(ye)越大(da)(da),電機的(de)(de)功(gong)率也(ye)將越大(da)(da),由此實現大(da)(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂(le)公(gong)司(si)在(zai)設(she)(she)計時(shi),還采用了高低壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設(she)(she)計,以滿足不同的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產(chan)生較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)輸送(song)量(liang)(liang),或者(zhe)以相同的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率,產(chan)生較高的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力。
