隨(sui)著現代工業(ye)的興(xing)起,以混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)為主材料的建(jian)設方式已經(jing)成為了建(jian)筑業(ye)施工的主要構造之一,在(zai)各(ge)種(zhong)工程(cheng)施工建(jian)設中(zhong)(zhong)占據了很(hen)大的比例,使(shi)得混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)的發(fa)展經(jing)久不衰,且有越演越烈(lie)的形勢。拖式混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)泵,簡稱拖泵,是各(ge)種(zhong)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)中(zhong)(zhong)的一種(zhong),用于混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)施工中(zhong)(zhong)的輸(shu)送和澆注工作。

選(xuan)擇多大(da)電機混凝土(tu)泵,首先要(yao)考(kao)慮變壓器容(rong)量,其次(ci)考(kao)慮距離混凝土(tu)泵的遠近和線徑大(da)小,以免壓降過大(da)造(zao)成(cheng)電流增高或(huo)跳(tiao)閘(zha)停機,過大(da)功率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加(jia)和使用不(bu)便(bian)。電機過小,同時也滿(man)足(zu)不(bu)了工程(cheng)需要(yao)。

一臺混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵的電機功(gong)率是決定(ding)(ding)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)(shu)送方量的前(qian)提(ti)條件(jian),在(zai)電機功(gong)率一定(ding)(ding)的情況下(xia),壓(ya)力(li)的升高(gao)必將使輸(shu)(shu)送量降(jiang)(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)(jiang)低出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li),將會使輸(shu)(shu)送量增加。
為了(le)保證(zheng)混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵既(ji)要(yao)有(you)較大輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang),又能有(you)一定的出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)和(he)與之相匹配的經濟(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的設(she)計(ji)中,大都(dou)采用(yong)了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選(xuan)定后,當出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)升高(gao)時,油泵輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)排量(liang)(liang)(liang)會自動(dong)降低,達到與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計(ji)相對應的值;如果既(ji)要(yao)達到出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)高(gao),又想(xiang)得到輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang)大的目的。惟一的途(tu)徑就是增(zeng)加(jia)電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中(zhong),引用了混凝土(tu)輸送泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混凝土(tu)輸送泵(beng)的(de)實(shi)際出口壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)每小時實(shi)際輸送量(liang)之乘積(ji),該值越(yue)(yue)大(da),其能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也越(yue)(yue)大(da),電(dian)(dian)機的(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越(yue)(yue)大(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)排(pai)量(liang)、高(gao)(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公司在設計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)(gao)低壓(ya)切換(huan)的(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)設計(ji),以(yi)滿足不(bu)同的(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)(neng)產生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)輸送量(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)電(dian)(dian)機功(gong)率(lv),產生較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)的(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)。
