一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的電(dian)機(ji)功率是(shi)決定出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和輸送(song)(song)方量(liang)的前提條件,在電(dian)機(ji)功率一(yi)定的情況下,壓(ya)力(li)的升高(gao)必將(jiang)使輸送(song)(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低;相(xiang)反,降(jiang)低出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li),將(jiang)會使輸送(song)(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保證(zheng)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵既要(yao)有(you)較(jiao)大輸(shu)送量,又(you)能有(you)一定的(de)出口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)(li)和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配的(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)率,在混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)設計(ji)中(zhong),大都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞(sai)泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)率值(zhi)選定后(hou),當出口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)(li)升高(gao)時,油泵輸(shu)出排(pai)量會自動降低,達到與(yu)功(gong)率設計(ji)相(xiang)對應的(de)值(zhi);如果既要(yao)達到出口(kou)(kou)壓力(li)(li)高(gao),又(you)想得到輸(shu)送量大的(de)目(mu)的(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國(guo)家新標準中,引用了混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際出口壓力(li)(li)與每小時(shi)實(shi)(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da)(da)(da),其能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也越大(da)(da)(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)功率也將越大(da)(da)(da),由此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)(da)(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)(zai)設計時(shi),還采(cai)用了高(gao)低壓切(qie)換的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng)設計,以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要(yao)求,在(zai)(zai)經濟狀態(tai)下,又(you)能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生較大(da)(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),或者(zhe)以相同的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功率,產(chan)生較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出口壓力(li)(li)。
