選擇多大(da)(da)電(dian)機混(hun)凝土泵,首先(xian)要(yao)考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮距離混(hun)凝土泵的(de)遠近和線徑(jing)大(da)(da)小,以免(mian)壓降過(guo)大(da)(da)造成電(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘(zha)停機,過(guo)大(da)(da)功(gong)率造成成本增(zeng)加和使用不(bu)便(bian)。電(dian)機過(guo)小,同時也滿足(zu)不(bu)了工(gong)程需(xu)要(yao)。

一(yi)(yi)臺混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率是決定出(chu)口壓力和(he)輸送(song)方(fang)量的(de)(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)情況下,壓力的(de)(de)升高必將(jiang)使輸送(song)量降低(di);相(xiang)反(fan),降低(di)出(chu)口壓力,將(jiang)會使輸送(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵既(ji)要(yao)有較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能有一定(ding)的出口(kou)壓(ya)力和與之相匹配(pei)的經濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的設計(ji)中,大(da)都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出口(kou)壓(ya)力升高時,油泵輸(shu)出排量(liang)會自動降低,達到與功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相對應的值;如果既(ji)要(yao)達到出口(kou)壓(ya)力高,又想得(de)到輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大(da)的目的。惟一的途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因此,在國(guo)家新(xin)標(biao)準(zhun)中,引用(yong)了混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的能(neng)力(li)(li)指數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單位);即混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的實際出口壓力(li)(li)與(yu)每小(xiao)時(shi)實際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量之乘積(ji),該值越(yue)大,其能(neng)力(li)(li)指數(shu)也(ye)越(yue)大,電(dian)機(ji)的功(gong)率也(ye)將越(yue)大,由此實現大排量、高(gao)揚程的目的。科尼樂公司在設計(ji)時(shi),還采(cai)用(yong)了高(gao)低壓切換的功(gong)能(neng)設計(ji),以滿足不同的施工要求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態下(xia),又能(neng)產生較大的輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量,或者以相同的電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率,產生較高(gao)的出口壓力(li)(li)。
