一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)電機功率是決定(ding)出口(kou)壓力和輸(shu)(shu)送方量(liang)的(de)(de)前(qian)提條(tiao)件,在電機功率一定(ding)的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下(xia),壓力的(de)(de)升(sheng)高必將使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)降(jiang)低(di)(di);相反,降(jiang)低(di)(di)出口(kou)壓力,將會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)既要有較大輸送(song)(song)量(liang),又能有一定(ding)的(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力和與之相匹配的(de)經濟(ji)功率,在混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)設(she)計中(zhong),大都(dou)采(cai)用了恒功率柱塞泵(beng);即(ji)恒功率值(zhi)選定(ding)后(hou),當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力升高時,油(you)泵(beng)輸出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達到(dao)與功率設(she)計相對應的(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果(guo)既要達到(dao)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力高,又想得到(dao)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)大的(de)目的(de)。惟一的(de)途徑就是增加電機功率。
因(yin)此,在(zai)國家(jia)新標準中,引用了混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送泵(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)力指(zhi)數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)土(tu)輸送泵(beng)的(de)(de)實際出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力與每(mei)小時(shi)實際輸送量(liang)(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da),其能(neng)力指(zhi)數也(ye)越大(da),電機的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率也(ye)將越大(da),由此實現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用了高低壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿(man)足不同(tong)的(de)(de)施工(gong)要(yao)求,在(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下(xia),又能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)(de)輸送量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)電機功(gong)(gong)率,產生較高的(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力。
