選擇(ze)多大電機(ji)混凝土泵,首先(xian)要(yao)考慮變壓器容量,其次考慮距離(li)混凝土泵的(de)遠近和(he)線徑大小,以免壓降(jiang)過(guo)大造成(cheng)電流(liu)增(zeng)(zeng)高(gao)或跳閘停機(ji),過(guo)大功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本(ben)增(zeng)(zeng)加和(he)使(shi)用不便。電機(ji)過(guo)小,同時也滿(man)足不了工程需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率是決定(ding)出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量的(de)前(qian)提條件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率一(yi)定(ding)的(de)情況下,壓力(li)的(de)升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量降低;相反(fan),降低出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li),將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量增加。
為了保(bao)證混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵既要(yao)有較大輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang),又能有一(yi)定的出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力和(he)與(yu)(yu)之相匹配的經濟(ji)功率(lv)(lv),在混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的設計中,大都采用了恒(heng)功率(lv)(lv)柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵;即恒(heng)功率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定后(hou),當出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力升高時,油(you)泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達到(dao)與(yu)(yu)功率(lv)(lv)設計相對應的值(zhi);如果既要(yao)達到(dao)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓力高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)大的目的。惟(wei)一(yi)的途徑(jing)就是(shi)增加電機功率(lv)(lv)。
因(yin)此(ci),在(zai)國家新標準(zhun)中,引用了混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單(dan)位(wei));即混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出(chu)口壓力(li)與每(mei)小時實(shi)際輸送(song)量之乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)(yue)大(da),其能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數也越(yue)(yue)大(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)(yue)大(da),由此(ci)實(shi)現大(da)排量、高(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計(ji)時,還(huan)采(cai)用了高(gao)低(di)壓切(qie)換的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計(ji),以滿(man)足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要(yao)求(qiu),在(zai)經濟狀態下(xia),又能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸送(song)量,或者以相同的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)率,產(chan)生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)。
