一臺(tai)混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率是(shi)決定(ding)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)和(he)輸送(song)(song)方量的前提條件,在(zai)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率一定(ding)的情況(kuang)下(xia),壓(ya)力(li)(li)的升高必將使(shi)輸送(song)(song)量降(jiang)低;相反(fan),降(jiang)低出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li),將會(hui)使(shi)輸送(song)(song)量增加。

因此,在(zai)國家新標(biao)準中(zhong),引用了(le)混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)能力指數概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單(dan)位);即(ji)混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力與每小時實際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該值(zhi)越(yue)大,其能力指數也越(yue)大,電機(ji)的(de)(de)功率也將越(yue)大,由此實現大排(pai)量、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司(si)在(zai)設(she)計時,還(huan)采(cai)用了(le)高(gao)低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功能設(she)計,以(yi)滿(man)足不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)施工要求(qiu),在(zai)經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能產(chan)生較(jiao)大的(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)量,或者以(yi)相同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)電機(ji)功率,產(chan)生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力。
