選擇(ze)多(duo)大電機混(hun)凝土泵,首(shou)先要考慮變壓器容量(liang),其次考慮距離(li)混(hun)凝土泵的遠(yuan)近和線(xian)徑大小,以(yi)免壓降過大造成電流增(zeng)高或跳(tiao)閘停(ting)機,過大功率(lv)造成成本增(zeng)加(jia)和使用不(bu)(bu)便(bian)。電機過小,同(tong)時(shi)也滿足不(bu)(bu)了工程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的電(dian)機功(gong)率是決定出口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送方(fang)量的前(qian)提(ti)條件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率一(yi)定的情況下,壓(ya)力的升高必將使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送量增加。
