隨著現代(dai)工(gong)業的(de)興起,以混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)為主(zhu)材料的(de)建(jian)設(she)方式已(yi)經(jing)成為了建(jian)筑(zhu)業施工(gong)的(de)主(zhu)要構造之一(yi),在各種工(gong)程施工(gong)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)占據了很大的(de)比例,使得混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)機械的(de)發(fa)展經(jing)久不衰,且有越演(yan)越烈的(de)形勢。拖(tuo)式混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)泵(beng),簡稱拖(tuo)泵(beng),是各種混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)機械中(zhong)的(de)一(yi)種,用于混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)(tu)施工(gong)中(zhong)的(de)輸送(song)和澆注工(gong)作。
拖泵分類選型

選擇(ze)多大電機混凝(ning)土泵(beng),首(shou)先要(yao)考慮(lv)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器容量,其次考慮(lv)距離混凝(ning)土泵(beng)的(de)遠(yuan)近(jin)和線徑大小(xiao),以免壓(ya)(ya)降過大造成電流增高(gao)或(huo)跳(tiao)閘停機,過大功率造成成本增加和使用不便(bian)。電機過小(xiao),同(tong)時(shi)也(ye)滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的電機功率是決定出口壓(ya)力(li)和(he)輸送(song)(song)方量的前提條件,在(zai)電機功率一(yi)定的情況下,壓(ya)力(li)的升高必將使(shi)(shi)輸送(song)(song)量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出口壓(ya)力(li),將會使(shi)(shi)輸送(song)(song)量增加。
為了(le)保證混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)既(ji)要(yao)有(you)較大輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),又能有(you)一定的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)和與之相(xiang)匹配的(de)(de)經濟功率(lv),在(zai)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)設計中(zhong),大都采用了(le)恒(heng)功率(lv)柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng);即恒(heng)功率(lv)值選定后,當出口(kou)壓力(li)升(sheng)高時,油泵(beng)(beng)(beng)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出排量(liang)會自動降低,達到與功率(lv)設計相(xiang)對應的(de)(de)值;如(ru)果既(ji)要(yao)達到出口(kou)壓力(li)高,又想得到輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機功率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準(zhun)中,引(yin)用了混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的能(neng)力指數(shu)概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位(wei));即混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的實(shi)(shi)際出(chu)口(kou)壓力與每小(xiao)時(shi)實(shi)(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量之乘積,該值(zhi)越大,其能(neng)力指數(shu)也越大,電機的功率(lv)也將越大,由此實(shi)(shi)現大排量、高(gao)揚程的目(mu)的。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計時(shi),還(huan)采用了高(gao)低(di)壓切換的功能(neng)設計,以滿足不同(tong)的施工要求,在(zai)經(jing)濟狀態下,又(you)能(neng)產(chan)生較大的輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量,或(huo)者以相同(tong)的電機功率(lv),產(chan)生較高(gao)的出(chu)口(kou)壓力。
