一(yi)(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)電(dian)機功率(lv)是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)和(he)輸(shu)送方量的(de)(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機功率(lv)一(yi)(yi)定的(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下,壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)升(sheng)高必將使輸(shu)送量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li),將會使輸(shu)送量增加。

因此,在(zai)國家新標(biao)準中,引用了(le)混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)(li)(li)指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)(li)(li)與每小(xiao)時(shi)實(shi)(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量之乘積(ji),該值越(yue)大(da)(da),其能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)(li)(li)指數(shu)也(ye)越(yue)大(da)(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也(ye)將(jiang)越(yue)大(da)(da),由此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)(da)排(pai)量、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用了(le)高(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足(zu)不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)要(yao)求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量,或者(zhe)以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv),產生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力(li)(li)(li)(li)。
