選(xuan)擇多大電機混凝(ning)土泵,首先要(yao)考(kao)慮變(bian)壓(ya)器容量,其次考(kao)慮距離混凝(ning)土泵的(de)遠近和線(xian)徑大小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過大造成(cheng)(cheng)電流增高或(huo)跳(tiao)閘停機,過大功率造成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)增加和使用不(bu)便。電機過小(xiao),同時也滿足不(bu)了(le)工程(cheng)需要(yao)。

一臺混凝土輸送泵的(de)(de)電機功率是決定(ding)出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)和輸送方量的(de)(de)前提條件(jian),在(zai)電機功率一定(ding)的(de)(de)情況下,壓力(li)的(de)(de)升高必將(jiang)使輸送量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li),將(jiang)會使輸送量增加(jia)。
為(wei)了保證混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)既要有(you)較大輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量,又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)出(chu)口壓力和與之相(xiang)(xiang)匹配(pei)的(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv),在混凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計中,大都采用了恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓力升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排量會自動(dong)降(jiang)低,達到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)設計相(xiang)(xiang)對應(ying)的(de)值(zhi);如果既要達到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口壓力高(gao),又(you)想得到(dao)(dao)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量大的(de)目的(de)。惟(wei)一(yi)的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國(guo)家新(xin)標準中,引用了混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)能力(li)指數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)實(shi)(shi)際出口壓力(li)與每小時實(shi)(shi)際輸送(song)量(liang)之(zhi)乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)大(da)(da),其能力(li)指數(shu)也越(yue)大(da)(da),電(dian)機(ji)的(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)大(da)(da),由此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司(si)在(zai)設計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)低(di)壓切換的(de)功(gong)能設計(ji),以滿足不同的(de)施工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能產生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)輸送(song)量(liang),或(huo)者以相(xiang)同的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)出口壓力(li)。
