隨著現(xian)代工業的(de)興(xing)起,以混(hun)(hun)凝土為(wei)主(zhu)材料的(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)方(fang)式已經成為(wei)了(le)建(jian)(jian)筑業施(shi)工的(de)主(zhu)要構造之一(yi),在各(ge)(ge)種工程(cheng)施(shi)工建(jian)(jian)設(she)中占據(ju)了(le)很大的(de)比例,使得混(hun)(hun)凝土機(ji)械(xie)的(de)發展經久不(bu)衰,且有越演越烈的(de)形勢。拖式混(hun)(hun)凝土泵,簡稱拖泵,是(shi)各(ge)(ge)種混(hun)(hun)凝土機(ji)械(xie)中的(de)一(yi)種,用于混(hun)(hun)凝土施(shi)工中的(de)輸送和澆注工作(zuo)。

選擇多大電(dian)機(ji)(ji)混(hun)凝土泵,首(shou)先要考(kao)慮(lv)變壓器容量,其(qi)次考(kao)慮(lv)距離(li)混(hun)凝土泵的(de)遠近和線徑大小(xiao),以(yi)免(mian)壓降過大造(zao)成電(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機(ji)(ji),過大功率造(zao)成成本增(zeng)加和使用(yong)不便。電(dian)機(ji)(ji)過小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的電(dian)機功率是(shi)決(jue)定(ding)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的前提條件(jian),在電(dian)機功率一(yi)定(ding)的情(qing)況下(xia),壓(ya)力(li)的升高必將使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低;相反(fan),降低出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li),將會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加(jia)。
為了保證混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要有較大(da)(da)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量,又(you)能有一定的出口壓力和(he)與之相匹配的經濟(ji)功(gong)率,在混(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的設(she)計(ji)中,大(da)(da)都采(cai)用了恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率值選(xuan)定后,當(dang)出口壓力升高時,油泵(beng)輸(shu)(shu)出排量會自動降低,達到與功(gong)率設(she)計(ji)相對應的值;如果既(ji)要達到出口壓力高,又(you)想得到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量大(da)(da)的目的。惟一的途徑(jing)就是增加電機功(gong)率。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用(yong)了混凝土輸送泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力指數(shu)概(gai)念(nian)(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單(dan)位(wei));即(ji)混凝土輸送泵的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)出口(kou)壓(ya)力與每小時實(shi)際(ji)輸送量(liang)之乘(cheng)積(ji),該值越大(da)(da),其能(neng)力指數(shu)也越大(da)(da),電機的(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越大(da)(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)(da)排量(liang)、高揚(yang)程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂(le)公司在設計時,還(huan)采用(yong)了高低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)施工(gong)要求,在經(jing)濟狀(zhuang)態(tai)下,又能(neng)產生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)輸送量(liang),或者以(yi)(yi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較高的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力。
