選擇多大電(dian)機混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng),首先要(yao)考(kao)慮變壓器容量(liang),其次考(kao)慮距離混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土泵(beng)的遠近和線徑大小,以免壓降(jiang)過大造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)流增(zeng)(zeng)高或(huo)跳閘停機,過大功率造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增(zeng)(zeng)加和使用(yong)不便。電(dian)機過小,同時也滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率是決定(ding)出口壓力(li)和輸(shu)(shu)送方(fang)量的前提條(tiao)件,在(zai)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率一定(ding)的情況下,壓力(li)的升高(gao)必(bi)將使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送量降低(di);相(xiang)反,降低(di)出口壓力(li),將會(hui)使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送量增加。
為了(le)(le)保證混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要(yao)有較大輸(shu)送(song)(song)量,又(you)能有一定的(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力和與之相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大都采用了(le)(le)恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)率值(zhi)(zhi)選定后,當出口(kou)壓力升高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸(shu)出排量會自動降低,達到(dao)與功(gong)率設(she)計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)值(zhi)(zhi);如果既(ji)要(yao)達到(dao)出口(kou)壓力高,又(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量大的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)途徑就是(shi)增加(jia)電(dian)機功(gong)率。
因此,在國(guo)家新標準中,引用了混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)力指數(shu)概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單位);即(ji)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)實際出(chu)口壓力與每小時實際輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送量之(zhi)乘積,該值越(yue)大,其能(neng)力指數(shu)也越(yue)大,電機(ji)的(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)大,由此實現大排量、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂(le)公司在設計時,還采用了高低壓切換的(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以滿(man)足不同的(de)施工要(yao)求,在經(jing)濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能(neng)產生較(jiao)大的(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送量,或(huo)者以相同的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率,產生較(jiao)高的(de)出(chu)口壓力。
