從該齒(chi)輪(lun)的結(jie)構和技術參數可知,該錐(zhui)(zhui)齒(chi)輪(lun)屬于標準(zhun)結(jie)構,一般(ban)情(qing)況(kuang)下,標準(zhun)直齒(chi)錐(zhui)(zhui)齒(chi)輪(lun)成(cheng)(cheng)形銑(xian) 刀的齒(chi)形是按(an)大端背錐(zhui)(zhui)當量(liang)漸開線齒(chi)形設計(ji),而齒(chi)厚則按(an)照小端設計(ji),并考慮留有(you)一定(ding)精切余量(liang)。一 般(ban)情(qing)況(kuang)下直齒(chi)錐(zhui)(zhui)齒(chi)輪(lun)成(cheng)(cheng)形銑(xian)刀有(you)3把、8把、15把、26把一套(tao),刀號應按(an)照錐(zhui)(zhui)齒(chi)輪(lun)當量(liang)齒(chi)數來選擇。當 量(liang)齒(chi)數Zv可按(an)照下式計(ji)算:
熱處(chu)理工藝方法及過程
如前文(wen)所述,機加工(gong)前對(dui)齒(chi)(chi)坯(pi)進行整體高溫(wen)正火(huo)處(chu)理,正火(huo)設備為RT-90-9 箱式爐(lu),具體工(gong)藝(yi)過(guo)程是(shi),爐(lu)溫(wen)升至裝(zhuang)爐(lu)溫(wen)度(du)400-650℃時,將(jiang)齒(chi)(chi)輪放(fang)(fang) 爐(lu)中,裝(zhuang)零件時如果需要(yao)疊放(fang)(fang),疊放(fang)(fang)高度(du)不要(yao)超過(guo)兩層,然后(hou)將(jiang)零件加熱至920-940℃,使組織完全發生相變,保溫(wen)30-50分鐘后(hou),空冷即(ji)可(ke)。正火(huo)工(gong)藝(yi):
由于該齒輪精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)要(yao)(yao)求不是(shi)很高(gao),為(wei)(wei)(wei)降低(di)滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)淬(cui)(cui)火成(cheng)本,可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)后直(zhi)接淬(cui)(cui)火的(de)工藝(yi)方法,具 體(ti)方法是(shi)將零件(jian)裝入滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)筐中(zhong),不要(yao)(yao)疊加,爐(lu)(lu)溫(wen)(wen)升至(zhi)840℃開始(shi)滴航空煤(mei)油(you)(you),煤(mei)油(you)(you)滴速為(wei)(wei)(wei)60-80d/min, 爐(lu)(lu)溫(wen)(wen)升至(zhi)930℃時(shi)零件(jian)開始(shi)裝爐(lu)(lu)。排氣期(qi)(qi)結束(shu)后,放入兩只(zhi)試棒,其中(zhong)一只(zhi)試棒在擴(kuo)散時(shi)間為(wei)(wei)(wei)120 min時(shi)取(qu)出淬(cui)(cui)油(you)(you)冷卻并檢(jian)驗(yan)淬(cui)(cui)硬層(ceng)深度(du)(du)(du),根據檢(jian)驗(yan)結果決定(ding)是(shi)否降溫(wen)(wen),若滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)層(ceng)深度(du)(du)(du)不足,擴(kuo)散期(qi)(qi)延(yan)長至(zhi) 150min。滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)時(shi)可(ke)(ke)(ke)按(an)照表1規(gui)定(ding)參(can)數進(jin)行(xing)(xing),為(wei)(wei)(wei)控制(zhi)(zhi)滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)時(shi)的(de)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)濃度(du)(du)(du),可(ke)(ke)(ke)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)在滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)爐(lu)(lu)中(zhong)加裝氧(yang)傳感 器的(de)方法進(jin)行(xing)(xing)監測(ce)和控制(zhi)(zhi),氧(yang)傳感器通過氧(yang)化(hua)鋯探頭,將氣氛狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態轉化(hua)為(wei)(wei)(wei)電勢(shi)(shi)(shi)差,上述差值(zhi)通過控制(zhi)(zhi) 系統的(de)比(bi)較(jiao)和計算(suan),確(que)定(ding)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)濃度(du)(du)(du)是(shi)否合適并對(dui)其進(jin)行(xing)(xing)自動優化(hua)和調(diao)整(zheng),使(shi)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)勢(shi)(shi)(shi)控制(zhi)(zhi)精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)(yi)達到 ≤±0.05%C,可(ke)(ke)(ke)有(you)效控制(zhi)(zhi)滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)層(ceng)深度(du)(du)(du)并提高(gao)滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)層(ceng)的(de)質(zhi)量,確(que)保無塊狀(zhuang)(zhuang)、網狀(zhuang)(zhuang)滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)物,滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)設(she)備(bei)采(cai) 用(yong)(yong)(yong)RQ3-75-9井式滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)爐(lu)(lu)。滲(shen)(shen)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)均溫(wen)(wen)期(qi)(qi)結束(shu)后,零件(jian)出爐(lu)(lu)直(zhi)接淬(cui)(cui)火。淬(cui)(cui)火設(she)備(bei)選用(yong)(yong)(yong)專用(yong)(yong)(yong)恒(heng)溫(wen)(wen)油(you)(you)槽,淬(cui)(cui) 火介質(zhi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)專用(yong)(yong)(yong)等溫(wen)(wen)分級淬(cui)(cui)火油(you)(you),介質(zhi)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)恒(heng)定(ding)在110-120℃之間,冷卻30min后,出爐(lu)(lu)空冷。
為消(xiao)除淬(cui)(cui)火后(hou)零(ling)(ling)件的(de)殘余(yu)應力(li)并防(fang)止淬(cui)(cui)火裂紋的(de)產(chan)生,應盡快將淬(cui)(cui)火后(hou)的(de)零(ling)(ling)件進(jin)行低溫回(hui)火處理,具體工藝(yi)方法是在當(dang)爐(lu)溫升(sheng)至160℃左右時零(ling)(ling) 件開始(shi)裝爐(lu),保溫120-150min后(hou),出(chu)爐(lu)空(kong)冷(leng),回(hui)火設備(bei)為RJJ-36-6回(hui)火爐(lu)。淬(cui)(cui)火及回(hui)火工藝(yi)圖(tu)見圖(tu)5:
后序(xu)處理
將熱處(chu)理后的零件(jian)放(fang)在噴(pen)砂(sha)機的轉盤上進行噴(pen)砂(sha)處(chu)理,選用石英砂(sha)的粒度為(wei)10-20目,在噴(pen)砂(sha)過 程中要(yao)經常(chang)翻動(dong)零件(jian)使(shi)各(ge)面噴(pen)砂(sha)效果均(jun)勻(yun)。零件(jian)噴(pen)砂(sha)完(wan)后,放(fang)入防銹液中浸泡2-4min后,在空氣中干 燥。需(xu)要(yao)注意(yi)的是(shi),防銹處(chu)理必(bi)須在噴(pen)砂(sha)后24小時內完(wan)成。
效果
上(shang)述(shu)方法簡(jian)單實用,不(bu)需要專(zhuan)用裝備即(ji)可實現直齒(chi)(chi)(chi)錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪的(de)(de)加工(gong),且經濟性(xing)好(hao),成本較(jiao)低。經對(dui) 加工(gong)后的(de)(de)錐(zhui)齒(chi)(chi)(chi)輪進(jin)行檢測,尺寸及形位精度均符(fu)合(he)要求,滲碳層(ceng)深度為(wei)(wei)1.1-1.3mm,齒(chi)(chi)(chi)部(bu)(bu)金相組織為(wei)(wei) 單一的(de)(de)板條(tiao)狀回火馬氏體(ti)組織,硬(ying)度為(wei)(wei)HRC58-62。心部(bu)(bu)硬(ying)度為(wei)(wei)HRC36-40,完全可以(yi)滿足該零件的(de)(de)質 量要求。
