選擇多大電(dian)機(ji)混凝(ning)土泵,首先要考(kao)慮變壓(ya)(ya)器容量(liang),其(qi)次考(kao)慮距離混凝(ning)土泵的遠近和線徑大小(xiao),以免壓(ya)(ya)降過(guo)大造(zao)成(cheng)電(dian)流增高或(huo)跳(tiao)閘停(ting)機(ji),過(guo)大功率造(zao)成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加(jia)和使(shi)用不便。電(dian)機(ji)過(guo)小(xiao),同時也滿足不了工程(cheng)需要。

一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的電機功率是決定(ding)出口壓力和輸(shu)送方量(liang)的前(qian)提條件,在電機功率一(yi)定(ding)的情(qing)況下(xia),壓力的升(sheng)高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送量(liang)降(jiang)低(di);相(xiang)反,降(jiang)低(di)出口壓力,將(jiang)會使輸(shu)送量(liang)增(zeng)加。
為了(le)保證(zheng)混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)既要有較(jiao)大(da)輸送(song)(song)量,又能(neng)有一(yi)定(ding)的出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)和(he)與(yu)之相(xiang)匹配的經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的設計(ji)中,大(da)都采用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)升高時,油泵(beng)輸出(chu)排量會自動降低,達到與(yu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相(xiang)對應的值;如果既要達到出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)高,又想得到輸送(song)(song)量大(da)的目的。惟一(yi)的途徑就是增(zeng)加電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標準中(zhong),引用(yong)了(le)混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)能力指數概念(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單(dan)位);即混(hun)(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)壓(ya)力與(yu)每小時(shi)(shi)實(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該(gai)值越大(da)(da),其(qi)能力指數也(ye)(ye)越大(da)(da),電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率也(ye)(ye)將越大(da)(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)(da)排量、高(gao)(gao)(gao)揚程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司(si)在(zai)設(she)計時(shi)(shi),還采用(yong)了(le)高(gao)(gao)(gao)低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)能設(she)計,以(yi)(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能產生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量,或(huo)者以(yi)(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率,產生(sheng)較高(gao)(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力。
