一臺混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的電(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)是決(jue)定出(chu)口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方量的前提條件,在電(dian)機(ji)功率(lv)一定的情況下,壓(ya)力的升(sheng)高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量降低;相反,降低出(chu)口壓(ya)力,將(jiang)會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了保證混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要(yao)有較大輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang),又能(neng)有一(yi)定(ding)的出口壓力(li)和與(yu)之相(xiang)匹(pi)配(pei)的經濟(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)的設計(ji)中,大都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即(ji)恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定(ding)后(hou),當出口壓力(li)升高時(shi),油(you)泵(beng)輸出排量(liang)會(hui)自(zi)動降低(di),達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相(xiang)對應的值(zhi);如果既(ji)要(yao)達到(dao)出口壓力(li)高,又想得到(dao)輸送(song)(song)(song)量(liang)大的目的。惟一(yi)的途徑就是增加(jia)電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中(zhong),引用了(le)(le)混凝土(tu)輸送泵的能力(li)指數(shu)概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位);即(ji)混凝土(tu)輸送泵的實際出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)與每小時實際輸送量之乘積,該(gai)值越大,其能力(li)指數(shu)也越大,電(dian)機的功(gong)率也將(jiang)越大,由(you)此實現(xian)大排量、高揚程(cheng)的目的。科(ke)尼樂公司在設計時,還采用了(le)(le)高低壓切換的功(gong)能設計,以滿(man)足不(bu)同(tong)的施工要求,在經濟狀態下(xia),又能產(chan)生較(jiao)大的輸送量,或者以相同(tong)的電(dian)機功(gong)率,產(chan)生較(jiao)高的出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)。
