37千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(目前國內標準混凝土泵,37千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)以下為細石(shi)砂漿(jiang)泵)、45千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、55千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、75千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、90千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、110千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、130千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴油(you)(you))、132千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)、162千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴油(you)(you))、174千(qian)瓦(wa)(wa)(柴油(you)(you))等。
選擇多大電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要考慮(lv)變(bian)壓器容量,其次考慮(lv)距離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠近和(he)線徑大小,以(yi)免壓降(jiang)過(guo)(guo)大造成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘(zha)停機(ji),過(guo)(guo)大功率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加和(he)使用不便(bian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)過(guo)(guo)小,同(tong)時也(ye)滿足不了工程需要。

一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)電機功率是決定出口壓(ya)力和(he)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)方(fang)量的(de)前提條(tiao)件,在電機功率一定的(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升高必將使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量降低(di);相(xiang)反,降低(di)出口壓(ya)力,將會使輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量增加。
為了(le)保證混凝土輸送泵既(ji)(ji)要(yao)有(you)較大輸送量,又能有(you)一定(ding)的出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力和與之(zhi)相匹配的經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在(zai)混凝土輸送泵的設計中,大都采用(yong)了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞(sai)泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定(ding)后,當(dang)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力升高時,油泵輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)排(pai)量會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計相對應的值;如果既(ji)(ji)要(yao)達(da)到(dao)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力高,又想得(de)到(dao)輸送量大的目(mu)的。惟一的途徑就是(shi)增加電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci)(ci),在國家新標(biao)準中(zhong),引用了(le)混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)指數概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位(wei));即混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)實(shi)際出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)與每小時(shi)實(shi)際輸送(song)量之(zhi)乘(cheng)積,該值越(yue)(yue)大,其(qi)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)指數也越(yue)(yue)大,電機的(de)功率也將越(yue)(yue)大,由此(ci)(ci)實(shi)現大排量、高(gao)(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)時(shi),還采用了(le)高(gao)(gao)低壓(ya)(ya)切(qie)換的(de)功能(neng)(neng)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji),以(yi)滿足(zu)不同的(de)施(shi)工要求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生較(jiao)大的(de)輸送(song)量,或者以(yi)相(xiang)同的(de)電機功率,產生較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)的(de)出口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)。
