選擇(ze)多大(da)電機混凝土(tu)泵(beng),首先要(yao)考慮變壓(ya)器(qi)容量,其(qi)次考慮距離混凝土(tu)泵(beng)的遠近(jin)和線徑大(da)小,以(yi)免(mian)壓(ya)降過(guo)大(da)造(zao)成電流增高或跳閘停機,過(guo)大(da)功率(lv)造(zao)成成本增加和使用不便。電機過(guo)小,同時也滿足不了工程需(xu)要(yao)。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)電機功(gong)率是決定出口壓力(li)和(he)輸(shu)送方量的(de)前提條(tiao)件,在電機功(gong)率一定的(de)情況下,壓力(li)的(de)升高必將使輸(shu)送量降低;相反(fan),降低出口壓力(li),將會使輸(shu)送量增(zeng)加。
為了保證(zheng)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵既要有較(jiao)大輸(shu)送量(liang),又(you)(you)能有一(yi)定的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與之相匹配(pei)的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率,在混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)設(she)計(ji)中,大都采用了恒功(gong)(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)率值(zhi)選定后,當(dang)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到與功(gong)(gong)率設(she)計(ji)相對應的(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既要達(da)到出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又(you)(you)想得到輸(shu)送量(liang)大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)途(tu)徑就(jiu)是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率。
因(yin)此,在國(guo)家新(xin)標(biao)準(zhun)中,引用(yong)(yong)了(le)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)輸送泵的(de)(de)(de)能力指數(shu)概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位(wei));即混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)輸送泵的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際出(chu)口(kou)壓力與每(mei)小時實(shi)際輸送量(liang)之(zhi)乘(cheng)積,該(gai)值越大,其(qi)能力指數(shu)也越大,電機的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越大,由此實(shi)現大排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂(le)公司在設計(ji)(ji)時,還采用(yong)(yong)了(le)高(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能設計(ji)(ji),以滿足(zu)不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)施工要(yao)求,在經濟狀態下,又能產生較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)輸送量(liang),或者以相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)率(lv),產生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓力。
