選(xuan)擇多(duo)大電機(ji)混凝土(tu)泵,首先(xian)要考(kao)慮變壓器容(rong)量,其次考(kao)慮距離混凝土(tu)泵的(de)遠近和線徑大小,以免壓降過大造成(cheng)電流增高或跳閘停機(ji),過大功率(lv)造成(cheng)成(cheng)本(ben)增加和使(shi)用不便(bian)。電機(ji)過小,同(tong)時也滿足不了(le)工程需要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電機功率是決定出口壓(ya)力和(he)輸(shu)送(song)方量(liang)的(de)前提條件,在電機功率一定的(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升高必將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低;相(xiang)反,降低出口壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了保(bao)證混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)泵既(ji)要有(you)較(jiao)大輸送(song)(song)量,又能有(you)一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力和與之相匹配的(de)(de)(de)(de)經濟功(gong)率,在混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)設(she)計中,大都采(cai)用了恒(heng)功(gong)率柱塞(sai)泵;即恒(heng)功(gong)率值(zhi)選(xuan)定(ding)后(hou),當(dang)出(chu)口壓(ya)力升(sheng)高(gao)時,油(you)泵輸出(chu)排(pai)量會(hui)自動降低,達到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)率設(she)計相對應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既(ji)要達到(dao)(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)力高(gao),又想得到(dao)(dao)輸送(song)(song)量大的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)(de)(de)途徑就(jiu)是增加電機功(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國(guo)家新標準中(zhong),引用了(le)(le)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概念(nian)(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)單位);即(ji)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際出口壓力(li)與每(mei)小時實(shi)(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值(zhi)越大(da),其能(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也越大(da),電機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越大(da),由此實(shi)(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高揚(yang)程(cheng)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司在(zai)(zai)設計時,還采用了(le)(le)高低壓切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang),或者(zhe)以(yi)相同的(de)(de)電機(ji)(ji)功(gong)率(lv),產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)高的(de)(de)出口壓力(li)。
