選擇多大(da)(da)(da)電機混凝(ning)土(tu)泵,首先要(yao)考慮變壓(ya)器(qi)容量,其次考慮距離混凝(ning)土(tu)泵的遠(yuan)近和線徑(jing)大(da)(da)(da)小,以免(mian)壓(ya)降過大(da)(da)(da)造(zao)成電流增(zeng)高或跳(tiao)閘停機,過大(da)(da)(da)功率造(zao)成成本增(zeng)加和使用不便。電機過小,同時(shi)也滿(man)足不了工(gong)程需要(yao)。

一臺混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的電機(ji)功率(lv)是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)力和(he)輸(shu)送(song)方量的前提條件(jian),在電機(ji)功率(lv)一定的情況下,壓(ya)力的升(sheng)高必(bi)將使輸(shu)送(song)量降(jiang)低;相反(fan),降(jiang)低出口(kou)壓(ya)力,將會使輸(shu)送(song)量增(zeng)加。
為了(le)保證(zheng)混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵既要有較大輸(shu)送(song)量,又能有一定的出口壓力(li)和與之相(xiang)匹配的經濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混凝(ning)土輸(shu)送(song)泵的設(she)計中(zhong),大都(dou)采用(yong)了(le)恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵;即(ji)恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值選定后,當出口壓力(li)升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)出排量會自動降(jiang)低,達(da)到(dao)(dao)與功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設(she)計相(xiang)對應的值;如果既要達(da)到(dao)(dao)出口壓力(li)高,又想得到(dao)(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大的目的。惟一的途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
