一臺混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的電機功率是決定出(chu)口壓力(li)和(he)輸送(song)(song)方(fang)量的前提條件,在電機功率一定的情況下,壓力(li)的升(sheng)高必(bi)將(jiang)(jiang)使輸送(song)(song)量降(jiang)低(di);相反,降(jiang)低(di)出(chu)口壓力(li),將(jiang)(jiang)會使輸送(song)(song)量增加(jia)。
為了(le)保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)既(ji)要有較(jiao)大輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量,又(you)能有一定的出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)和與之相匹(pi)配的經濟(ji)功率(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)的設計(ji)(ji)中(zhong),大都采用(yong)了(le)恒功率(lv)柱塞泵(beng)(beng);即(ji)恒功率(lv)值選定后,當出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升(sheng)高時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)出排(pai)量會自動降低,達到(dao)與功率(lv)設計(ji)(ji)相對應的值;如果既(ji)要達到(dao)出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)高,又(you)想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)(song)(song)量大的目的。惟一的途(tu)徑就是增加電機功率(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中,引用(yong)了(le)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)概(gai)念(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即(ji)混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)(de)實際出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)與每(mei)小(xiao)時實際輸(shu)送量(liang)之乘積,該值越(yue)大(da),其能(neng)力(li)指數(shu)也越(yue)大(da),電機的(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越(yue)大(da),由此實現大(da)排量(liang)、高揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂(le)公司在設計時,還采(cai)用(yong)了(le)高低壓(ya)(ya)切換的(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)(yi)滿足不(bu)同的(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態下(xia),又能(neng)產(chan)生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)輸(shu)送量(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)(yi)相同的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率(lv),產(chan)生較(jiao)高的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。
