選擇多(duo)大電機(ji)混(hun)凝土(tu)泵(beng),首先要(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)(lv)變壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮(lv)(lv)距離混(hun)凝土(tu)泵(beng)的(de)遠近和線(xian)徑(jing)大小(xiao),以免壓降過(guo)大造成電流增(zeng)高或跳(tiao)閘停機(ji),過(guo)大功率造成成本增(zeng)加和使(shi)用不(bu)便(bian)。電機(ji)過(guo)小(xiao),同時也滿(man)足不(bu)了工程需要(yao)。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率是決定出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)(de)前提條(tiao)件(jian),在電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率一定的(de)(de)情況下,壓力(li)的(de)(de)升高必(bi)將使輸(shu)送(song)量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出(chu)(chu)口壓力(li),將會(hui)使輸(shu)送(song)量增加。
為了(le)(le)保證混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵既要有較(jiao)大輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),又(you)能有一定的(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)和與之相匹配的(de)經濟(ji)功率(lv)(lv)(lv),在混(hun)凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)設(she)計中,大都采用(yong)了(le)(le)恒功率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱塞(sai)泵;即(ji)恒功率(lv)(lv)(lv)值(zhi)(zhi)選定后(hou),當出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)升高時,油泵輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低,達到與功率(lv)(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對(dui)應(ying)的(de)值(zhi)(zhi);如果既要達到出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)(li)高,又(you)想得到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)大的(de)目的(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)途徑就是增(zeng)加(jia)電機功率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因(yin)此,在國家新標準中,引用了混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數概念(nian)(以(yi)(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單位);即(ji)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)實際(ji)出口壓(ya)力(li)與每小時實際(ji)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積,該值(zhi)越(yue)大,其能(neng)(neng)力(li)指(zhi)數也越(yue)大,電機的(de)功率(lv)也將越(yue)大,由此實現大排(pai)量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司在設(she)計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)功能(neng)(neng)設(she)計(ji),以(yi)(yi)滿(man)足不同的(de)施(shi)工要求,在經濟(ji)狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)較大的(de)輸送(song)(song)量(liang),或者以(yi)(yi)相同的(de)電機功率(lv),產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)。
