選擇多(duo)大(da)電(dian)機(ji)混(hun)凝土泵,首先要考(kao)慮(lv)變壓(ya)器容量(liang),其次考(kao)慮(lv)距離混(hun)凝土泵的遠近和線(xian)徑大(da)小,以免壓(ya)降過大(da)造(zao)成電(dian)流增高或跳閘停(ting)機(ji),過大(da)功(gong)率(lv)造(zao)成成本增加和使(shi)用不(bu)便。電(dian)機(ji)過小,同時也(ye)滿足(zu)不(bu)了工程需要。

一臺混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的電機功率是決定(ding)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量(liang)的前(qian)提條件,在電機功率一定(ding)的情況下(xia),壓(ya)力(li)的升高必將(jiang)使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降低;相(xiang)反,降低出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li),將(jiang)會(hui)使(shi)(shi)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增加(jia)。
為了(le)(le)保證混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)既(ji)(ji)要(yao)有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量,又能有(you)一定(ding)的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和(he)與之相匹配(pei)的(de)(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)設(she)計中,大(da)都(dou)采用了(le)(le)恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng)(beng);即恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)排(pai)量會自動降低,達到與功(gong)率(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)(de)值;如果既(ji)(ji)要(yao)達到出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得到輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量大(da)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)(de)途徑就是(shi)增(zeng)加電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此,在國家新標準中(zhong),引(yin)用了混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的能力(li)指數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位);即混(hun)凝(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的實(shi)際(ji)出口壓(ya)力(li)與每小(xiao)時實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送量之(zhi)乘積,該值越(yue)大(da),其能力(li)指數(shu)也越(yue)大(da),電(dian)機(ji)(ji)的功(gong)(gong)率(lv)也將越(yue)大(da),由此實(shi)現(xian)大(da)排量、高(gao)揚程(cheng)的目的。科尼樂公司在設計時,還(huan)采(cai)用了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的功(gong)(gong)能設計,以滿足不同的施(shi)工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能產生較大(da)的輸(shu)送量,或(huo)者以相同的電(dian)機(ji)(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv),產生較高(gao)的出口壓(ya)力(li)。
