選(xuan)擇多大(da)電機混(hun)凝土泵(beng),首先要考慮變壓器(qi)容量,其次考慮距(ju)離(li)混(hun)凝土泵(beng)的遠近和線徑大(da)小,以(yi)免壓降(jiang)過(guo)大(da)造(zao)(zao)成電流增高或跳(tiao)閘停機,過(guo)大(da)功率(lv)造(zao)(zao)成成本增加和使用不便(bian)。電機過(guo)小,同時也(ye)滿足不了工程需(xu)要。

一(yi)臺混凝(ning)土輸送泵的電(dian)機功(gong)率是決定(ding)(ding)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)和輸送方量的前(qian)提條件,在電(dian)機功(gong)率一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的情況下(xia),壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的升高必將使(shi)輸送量降低(di);相(xiang)反,降低(di)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力(li),將會使(shi)輸送量增加。

因此,在國(guo)家新標(biao)準中,引用了混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力指(zhi)數(shu)概(gai)念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單(dan)位);即混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)出(chu)(chu)口壓力與每(mei)小(xiao)時實際(ji)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量之乘(cheng)積(ji),該值(zhi)越大(da),其能力指(zhi)數(shu)也越大(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功率(lv)也將越大(da),由(you)此實現(xian)大(da)排量、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設(she)計(ji)時,還采用了高低(di)壓切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能設(she)計(ji),以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在經濟狀態(tai)下,又(you)能產(chan)生較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量,或者以相同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功率(lv),產(chan)生較(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓力。
