選(xuan)擇多大電機(ji)(ji)混(hun)凝土(tu)泵(beng),首先(xian)要(yao)(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)(lv)變壓器(qi)容量(liang),其(qi)次(ci)考(kao)慮(lv)(lv)距(ju)離混(hun)凝土(tu)泵(beng)的遠近和線(xian)徑大小,以免壓降(jiang)過大造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)電流增高或跳閘停機(ji)(ji),過大功率(lv)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本增加和使(shi)用不便(bian)。電機(ji)(ji)過小,同(tong)時也(ye)滿足(zu)不了工程需要(yao)(yao)。

一(yi)(yi)臺混凝土輸送泵的電機功率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力和輸送方量(liang)的前提條(tiao)件,在電機功率一(yi)(yi)定的情況下,壓力的升高必將(jiang)使(shi)(shi)輸送量(liang)降低;相反,降低出(chu)口(kou)壓力,將(jiang)會使(shi)(shi)輸送量(liang)增加。
為了保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵既(ji)要有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)送(song)量,又能有(you)一(yi)定的(de)出口壓力和與之相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv),在混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)設計(ji)中(zhong),大(da)都采用了恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)值選定后,當出口壓力升(sheng)高時,油泵輸(shu)出排量會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)與功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)設計(ji)相對應的(de)值;如果既(ji)要達(da)到(dao)出口壓力高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
