隨著(zhu)現代工業(ye)的(de)(de)興起,以混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)為主(zhu)材料的(de)(de)建設方(fang)式已(yi)經成為了建筑業(ye)施(shi)工的(de)(de)主(zhu)要構造之(zhi)一,在各種(zhong)工程施(shi)工建設中占(zhan)據了很大的(de)(de)比(bi)例(li),使(shi)得(de)混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)機械(xie)的(de)(de)發展經久不衰,且有越演(yan)越烈的(de)(de)形勢。拖式混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)泵,簡稱拖泵,是各種(zhong)混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)機械(xie)中的(de)(de)一種(zhong),用于(yu)混凝土(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)施(shi)工中的(de)(de)輸送和(he)澆注工作。

選擇多大電機混凝土泵,首先要考(kao)慮(lv)變壓器(qi)容量,其次(ci)考(kao)慮(lv)距離混凝土泵的遠近和線徑大小,以免(mian)壓降過大造成電流(liu)增(zeng)高或跳閘停機,過大功(gong)率造成成本增(zeng)加和使(shi)用不(bu)便。電機過小,同時也滿足不(bu)了工程需(xu)要。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)電機功率(lv)是決定(ding)出口壓力和輸送(song)(song)方量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)前(qian)提條件,在電機功率(lv)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)情況下,壓力的(de)(de)升(sheng)高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)降低;相反(fan),降低出口壓力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵既要有(you)較大輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又(you)能有(you)一定(ding)(ding)的出(chu)口(kou)壓力和與之相匹(pi)配的經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv),在(zai)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的設計中,大都采用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱(zhu)塞泵;即恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選(xuan)定(ding)(ding)后,當出(chu)口(kou)壓力升高時,油泵輸(shu)出(chu)排量(liang)會(hui)自(zi)動(dong)降低,達到與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)設計相對(dui)應的值(zhi);如果既要達到出(chu)口(kou)壓力高,又(you)想得到輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的目的。惟一的途徑就是增(zeng)加電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因此,在國家新(xin)標(biao)準中,引用(yong)(yong)了(le)混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為度量單(dan)位);即(ji)混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)實(shi)際出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)每小(xiao)時(shi)實(shi)際輸送(song)量之乘積,該值(zhi)越大(da)(da),其能(neng)(neng)力(li)指數(shu)也越大(da)(da),電(dian)機(ji)的(de)功(gong)率也將(jiang)越大(da)(da),由此實(shi)現(xian)大(da)(da)排量、高揚程的(de)目(mu)的(de)。科(ke)尼樂公司(si)在設計時(shi),還采用(yong)(yong)了(le)高低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計,以滿足不同(tong)的(de)施工要求(qiu),在經濟狀態下,又能(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)輸送(song)量,或者以相同(tong)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較(jiao)高的(de)出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)。
