一臺(tai)混凝土輸送(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機功率是決定出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力和輸送(song)方量(liang)(liang)的(de)前提(ti)條件,在電(dian)機功率一定的(de)情況下,壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)升高必(bi)將使輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)降低;相反,降低出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力,將會使輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)增加。

因此,在國家新標準中,引用了混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數概(gai)念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的實(shi)際出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)與(yu)每小時實(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang)之乘積(ji),該值(zhi)越(yue)(yue)大(da),其(qi)能(neng)力(li)(li)指(zhi)數也越(yue)(yue)大(da),電機(ji)的功(gong)(gong)率也將越(yue)(yue)大(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚(yang)程(cheng)的目(mu)的。科尼樂公司在設(she)(she)計(ji)時,還采用了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設(she)(she)計(ji),以(yi)滿(man)足不(bu)同(tong)的施(shi)工要(yao)求,在經濟狀(zhuang)態下(xia),又(you)能(neng)產生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相同(tong)的電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率,產生(sheng)較(jiao)高(gao)的出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
