一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li)和(he)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)方量的(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率一(yi)定的(de)情況下,壓力(li)的(de)升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量降(jiang)低(di);相反,降(jiang)低(di)出(chu)口(kou)壓力(li),將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量增加。

因此,在國家新標(biao)準(zhun)中,引用了混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)能力指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單(dan)位);即混(hun)凝土(tu)輸送泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)實際出(chu)口壓(ya)力與每小時實際輸送量(liang)之乘(cheng)積(ji),該值越(yue)(yue)大(da),其能力指數也越(yue)(yue)大(da),電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)(yue)大(da),由(you)此實現大(da)排量(liang)、高揚(yang)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司(si)在設(she)(she)計時,還采(cai)用了高低壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能設(she)(she)計,以(yi)滿(man)足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)要求(qiu),在經(jing)濟(ji)狀態下,又能產生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸送量(liang),或者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)力。
