選(xuan)擇多大電(dian)機混凝土泵,首先要(yao)考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其次考(kao)慮距(ju)離混凝土泵的遠近和(he)線徑大小,以免(mian)壓降過(guo)(guo)大造成電(dian)流增高或跳閘停機,過(guo)(guo)大功率造成成本增加(jia)和(he)使(shi)用不便。電(dian)機過(guo)(guo)小,同(tong)時也滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一臺(tai)混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電機功率是決(jue)定(ding)出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力和輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)方量的(de)前提條件,在電機功率一定(ding)的(de)情(qing)況下,壓(ya)(ya)力的(de)升高必將(jiang)(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量降低(di);相反,降低(di)出口(kou)壓(ya)(ya)力,將(jiang)(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量增(zeng)加。
為(wei)了(le)保證(zheng)混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)泵既要有較大(da)輸送(song)(song)量(liang),又能有一定(ding)的(de)出口(kou)壓力和與(yu)(yu)之相匹配的(de)經濟功(gong)率,在(zai)混(hun)凝土輸送(song)(song)泵的(de)設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)都采用(yong)了(le)恒功(gong)率柱塞泵;即恒功(gong)率值(zhi)選定(ding)后,當出口(kou)壓力升高時,油泵輸出排量(liang)會自動降低,達(da)到(dao)與(yu)(yu)功(gong)率設(she)計相對(dui)應的(de)值(zhi);如(ru)果既要達(da)到(dao)出口(kou)壓力高,又想得到(dao)輸送(song)(song)量(liang)大(da)的(de)目的(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)途(tu)徑就是增(zeng)加電機功(gong)率。
因此(ci)(ci),在國(guo)家(jia)新標(biao)準中(zhong),引用(yong)了(le)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量單位(wei));即混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)出口壓力(li)與每小時(shi)實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送量之(zhi)乘積,該(gai)值越(yue)大,其能力(li)指(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)也越(yue)大,電機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率也將越(yue)大,由此(ci)(ci)實(shi)現大排量、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在設計時(shi),還(huan)采用(yong)了(le)高(gao)低壓切換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能設計,以(yi)滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要(yao)求,在經濟狀態下,又能產生(sheng)較大的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送量,或者以(yi)相同的(de)(de)(de)電機(ji)功(gong)率,產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出口壓力(li)。
