一(yi)臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵的電(dian)機功率是決定(ding)出口壓力和輸(shu)(shu)送方量的前(qian)提(ti)條(tiao)件(jian),在電(dian)機功率一(yi)定(ding)的情況下,壓力的升高必(bi)將使輸(shu)(shu)送量降低;相反,降低出口壓力,將會使輸(shu)(shu)送量增加。

因此(ci),在(zai)(zai)國家新(xin)標準中(zhong),引用(yong)了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度(du)量(liang)單位);即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實際出(chu)口壓力與每小時實際輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)之乘積,該(gai)值越大,其能(neng)(neng)力指(zhi)數(shu)也越大,電機的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率也將越大,由此(ci)實現大排量(liang)、高(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂(le)公司在(zai)(zai)設計時,還采(cai)用(yong)了高(gao)低壓切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足(zu)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施工(gong)要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下(xia),又能(neng)(neng)產生(sheng)較大的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),或者(zhe)以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,產生(sheng)較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力。
