一臺混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)電(dian)機功率是(shi)決定(ding)出口壓力和輸送(song)方(fang)量的(de)(de)前提條件,在電(dian)機功率一定(ding)的(de)(de)情況(kuang)下,壓力的(de)(de)升高必(bi)將使(shi)輸送(song)量降低(di)(di);相反(fan),降低(di)(di)出口壓力,將會(hui)使(shi)輸送(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)既(ji)要有(you)較(jiao)大(da)輸(shu)(shu)送量,又(you)能有(you)一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力和與之相匹配的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)濟(ji)功率,在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計中(zhong),大(da)都采用了恒功率柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)(beng);即恒功率值選(xuan)定(ding)后,當出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)排(pai)量會(hui)自動降(jiang)低(di),達到與功率設(she)計相對應的(de)(de)(de)值;如(ru)果既(ji)要達到出(chu)(chu)口壓(ya)力高(gao),又(you)想得到輸(shu)(shu)送量大(da)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。惟一的(de)(de)(de)途徑(jing)就是增加電機功率。
因此(ci),在(zai)國家新標準中(zhong),引用了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的能力指(zhi)數概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度(du)量單(dan)位);即(ji)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的實(shi)際(ji)出口壓(ya)力與(yu)每(mei)小時(shi)實(shi)際(ji)輸(shu)送(song)(song)量之乘積(ji),該值越大(da),其能力指(zhi)數也越大(da),電機的功率也將越大(da),由此(ci)實(shi)現大(da)排(pai)量、高(gao)揚(yang)程的目的。科(ke)尼樂公司在(zai)設(she)計時(shi),還采用了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換的功能設(she)計,以滿足不同的施(shi)工要(yao)求,在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能產生較大(da)的輸(shu)送(song)(song)量,或者(zhe)以相同的電機功率,產生較高(gao)的出口壓(ya)力。
