一臺混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)(de)電機功(gong)率(lv)是決定出口壓力和輸(shu)送(song)方(fang)量(liang)的(de)(de)前提條件(jian),在(zai)電機功(gong)率(lv)一定的(de)(de)情況下,壓力的(de)(de)升高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)降低;相反,降低出口壓力,將(jiang)會使輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了(le)(le)保證混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)既要有較(jiao)大(da)輸送(song)量,又能(neng)有一(yi)定(ding)的出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)和與之相匹配的經濟功(gong)率,在混凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)的設計中,大(da)都采用了(le)(le)恒功(gong)率柱塞泵(beng)(beng)(beng);即恒功(gong)率值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油泵(beng)(beng)(beng)輸出(chu)排量會自動降低,達(da)到與功(gong)率設計相對應的值;如果既要達(da)到出(chu)口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得到輸送(song)量大(da)的目的。惟(wei)一(yi)的途徑就是增加電機功(gong)率。
因此,在(zai)(zai)國家新標準(zhun)中,引(yin)用了(le)混凝土輸送泵的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力指數概念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單位);即混凝土輸送泵的(de)(de)(de)實際出口(kou)壓力與每小時實際輸送量之乘積,該值越(yue)大,其能(neng)力指數也越(yue)大,電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)功率也將(jiang)越(yue)大,由此實現大排量、高揚程的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在(zai)(zai)設計時,還采用了(le)高低壓切換的(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)設計,以滿足不同的(de)(de)(de)施工要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)較大的(de)(de)(de)輸送量,或者以相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機功率,產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)較高的(de)(de)(de)出口(kou)壓力。
