選擇(ze)多(duo)大(da)電(dian)機混凝(ning)土泵(beng),首先要考慮變壓器容量(liang),其次(ci)考慮距離混凝(ning)土泵(beng)的遠近和線(xian)徑大(da)小,以(yi)免(mian)壓降過(guo)大(da)造成(cheng)電(dian)流增高或跳(tiao)閘停機,過(guo)大(da)功(gong)率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增加和使用不便。電(dian)機過(guo)小,同時也滿足不了工程需要。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的(de)電機功率是決定出(chu)口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送(song)方量的(de)前提條件(jian),在電機功率一定的(de)情況下,壓(ya)力的(de)升高必(bi)將使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出(chu)口壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)輸(shu)送(song)量增(zeng)加。

因此,在國家新標準(zhun)中(zhong),引用(yong)(yong)了混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)能力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)概(gai)念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)與(yu)每(mei)小時(shi)實(shi)(shi)際輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量之乘(cheng)積(ji),該值越(yue)大,其(qi)能力(li)指(zhi)數(shu)也越(yue)大,電機的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率也將越(yue)大,由此實(shi)(shi)現(xian)大排(pai)量、高揚(yang)程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公司在設計時(shi),還采用(yong)(yong)了高低(di)壓(ya)切換的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)能設計,以(yi)滿足不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)要求,在經濟狀態(tai)下,又能產(chan)生較大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)量,或者以(yi)相同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)(gong)(gong)率,產(chan)生較高的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)壓(ya)力(li)。
