隨著現代工(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)興起,以混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)為主材(cai)料的(de)(de)建設方(fang)式已經成(cheng)為了(le)建筑業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)主要(yao)構造之一,在各(ge)種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)建設中(zhong)(zhong)占據(ju)了(le)很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)比例,使得混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)機械(xie)的(de)(de)發展經久不(bu)衰,且(qie)有越演越烈的(de)(de)形勢。拖式混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)泵,簡(jian)稱拖泵,是各(ge)種(zhong)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)機械(xie)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)一種(zhong),用于混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)輸送(song)和澆注(zhu)工(gong)(gong)作。

選(xuan)擇多大電(dian)機(ji)混凝土(tu)泵(beng)(beng),首先要(yao)考(kao)慮變壓器容量,其(qi)次考(kao)慮距離(li)混凝土(tu)泵(beng)(beng)的遠近和線徑大小,以免(mian)壓降過(guo)大造(zao)成電(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘停機(ji),過(guo)大功率造(zao)成成本增(zeng)加和使用不便。電(dian)機(ji)過(guo)小,同時也滿足不了(le)工程需要(yao)。
混(hun)凝土輸送泵(beng)功率、混(hun)凝土輸送泵(beng)出口(kou)壓(ya)力、混(hun)凝土輸送泵(beng)輸送量(liang)之間的關系
一(yi)臺混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵的電機功率是決定出(chu)口(kou)壓力和輸送(song)方(fang)量(liang)的前(qian)提條件(jian),在電機功率一(yi)定的情況(kuang)下(xia),壓力的升高必將使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)降低;相反,降低出(chu)口(kou)壓力,將會使(shi)輸送(song)量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)既要有(you)較大輸送(song)量(liang),又能(neng)有(you)一定的(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力和(he)與之(zhi)相匹配的(de)(de)經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝土輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)(de)設(she)計中,大都采用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞(sai)泵(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定后,當出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力升(sheng)高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸出(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自動降低(di),達(da)到與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)(de)值;如果既要達(da)到出(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力高,又想(xiang)得到輸送(song)量(liang)大的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。惟(wei)一的(de)(de)途徑就(jiu)是增加(jia)電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國家新標(biao)準中,引(yin)用(yong)了混(hun)凝土輸送泵的(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)指數(shu)概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位(wei));即混(hun)凝土輸送泵的(de)實(shi)際出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)與每(mei)小時(shi)實(shi)際輸送量(liang)之乘積,該值越大(da),其能(neng)力(li)(li)(li)指數(shu)也越大(da),電機(ji)的(de)功(gong)(gong)率也將(jiang)越大(da),由此實(shi)現大(da)排(pai)量(liang)、高(gao)(gao)揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼(ni)樂公司在(zai)設計時(shi),還采用(yong)了高(gao)(gao)低壓(ya)切(qie)換的(de)功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設計,以(yi)滿足(zu)不同(tong)的(de)施工要求(qiu),在(zai)經濟狀態下,又能(neng)產生較大(da)的(de)輸送量(liang),或者以(yi)相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)電機(ji)功(gong)(gong)率,產生較高(gao)(gao)的(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)(li)。
