選(xuan)擇多大電(dian)機(ji)混凝土泵,首先要考慮變壓器容(rong)量,其次考慮距(ju)離混凝土泵的遠近和線徑(jing)大小,以免壓降(jiang)過大造成(cheng)電(dian)流增(zeng)高或跳閘(zha)停機(ji),過大功(gong)率造成(cheng)成(cheng)本增(zeng)加(jia)和使用不便。電(dian)機(ji)過小,同時也滿(man)足(zu)不了工(gong)程需(xu)要。

一(yi)(yi)臺混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送泵的電機功(gong)率是(shi)決定出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送方量的前(qian)提(ti)條件,在(zai)電機功(gong)率一(yi)(yi)定的情況下,壓(ya)力的升高必將(jiang)使(shi)輸(shu)送量降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力,將(jiang)會使(shi)輸(shu)送量增加。
為了保(bao)證混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)既要有較大輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang),又能有一(yi)定的(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)和與(yu)之相(xiang)(xiang)匹配的(de)經濟功率(lv)(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計中,大都采用了恒功率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒功率(lv)(lv)值選定后,當出口壓(ya)力(li)升高時,油泵(beng)輸出排量(liang)(liang)(liang)會(hui)自(zi)動降低,達(da)到(dao)與(yu)功率(lv)(lv)設計相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)應的(de)值;如果既要達(da)到(dao)出口壓(ya)力(li)高,又想得到(dao)輸送(song)量(liang)(liang)(liang)大的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就是增(zeng)加電機功率(lv)(lv)。
