隨著(zhu)現代工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)(de)興起,以混凝(ning)(ning)土為主材料的(de)(de)(de)建設方式已經(jing)成為了(le)(le)建筑(zhu)業施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)主要構造之一,在(zai)各種工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)建設中占(zhan)據(ju)了(le)(le)很大(da)的(de)(de)(de)比例,使得(de)混凝(ning)(ning)土機械的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)經(jing)久不衰,且有越演越烈的(de)(de)(de)形勢。拖式混凝(ning)(ning)土泵,簡稱拖泵,是各種混凝(ning)(ning)土機械中的(de)(de)(de)一種,用于混凝(ning)(ning)土施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送和澆(jiao)注工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作。
拖泵分類選型

選(xuan)擇多大(da)電(dian)機(ji)混凝土泵,首先要(yao)考慮變壓(ya)器(qi)容量,其次考慮距(ju)離混凝土泵的遠近和(he)(he)線徑大(da)小(xiao),以免壓(ya)降過大(da)造成電(dian)流增(zeng)高或(huo)跳閘停機(ji),過大(da)功率造成成本(ben)增(zeng)加和(he)(he)使用不便。電(dian)機(ji)過小(xiao),同時(shi)也(ye)滿足不了工程需要(yao)。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)送泵的電機功(gong)率(lv)是決定(ding)(ding)出口壓(ya)力和輸(shu)送方(fang)量的前提(ti)條件,在電機功(gong)率(lv)一定(ding)(ding)的情況下,壓(ya)力的升高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送量降低;相反,降低出口壓(ya)力,將(jiang)會(hui)使輸(shu)送量增加。
為了(le)保證混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)既要(yao)有(you)較大輸(shu)送(song)量,又(you)能有(you)一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力和(he)與之相匹(pi)配的(de)(de)(de)經濟(ji)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),在混凝土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)設(she)計中,大都采(cai)用(yong)了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng)(beng);即恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)選定后,當(dang)出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力升(sheng)高時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)出(chu)排量會自動降低,達到(dao)與功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對應的(de)(de)(de)值(zhi);如果既要(yao)達到(dao)出(chu)口壓(ya)(ya)力高,又(you)想(xiang)得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量大的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci)(ci),在國家新標準中,引用(yong)了混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)(li)指數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量(liang)(liang)單位);即混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)實際出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)與每小時(shi)實際輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang)之乘(cheng)積,該值(zhi)越大(da),其能力(li)(li)指數也越大(da),電(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)功率也將越大(da),由此(ci)(ci)實現大(da)排量(liang)(liang)、高(gao)揚(yang)程的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。科(ke)尼樂(le)公司在設計時(shi),還(huan)采(cai)用(yong)了高(gao)低壓(ya)切換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)功能設計,以(yi)滿(man)足不同的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在經(jing)濟狀態下,又能產生較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送量(liang)(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機功率,產生較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)出口壓(ya)力(li)(li)。
