選擇多大電機混凝土(tu)泵(beng),首先要(yao)考慮(lv)變壓器容量,其次考慮(lv)距(ju)離混凝土(tu)泵(beng)的(de)遠近和(he)線(xian)徑(jing)大小,以免(mian)壓降過大造(zao)成電流增高或跳閘停(ting)機,過大功(gong)率造(zao)成成本增加和(he)使用不(bu)便(bian)。電機過小,同(tong)時也滿(man)足不(bu)了工程需要(yao)。

一臺(tai)混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)的(de)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)是(shi)決定(ding)出口(kou)壓力和(he)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)方(fang)量(liang)的(de)前提(ti)條件,在電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)一定(ding)的(de)情況下,壓力的(de)升高必(bi)將使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)降(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)低出口(kou)壓力,將會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)增加。

因此,在(zai)(zai)國(guo)家新標準(zhun)中(zhong),引用了混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)(li)指數概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度(du)量單位);即混(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)(tu)輸送(song)泵的(de)(de)實際出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)與每小時(shi)實際輸送(song)量之(zhi)乘積,該值越(yue)大(da),其能(neng)力(li)(li)指數也越(yue)大(da),電機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)功率(lv)也將越(yue)大(da),由此實現大(da)排量、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司(si)在(zai)(zai)設(she)計時(shi),還采用了高(gao)低壓切(qie)換的(de)(de)功能(neng)設(she)計,以滿足不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)施工(gong)要求,在(zai)(zai)經濟狀態(tai)下,又能(neng)產(chan)生較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)輸送(song)量,或者以相同(tong)的(de)(de)電機(ji)(ji)功率(lv),產(chan)生較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)。
