隨(sui)著現代(dai)工(gong)業的(de)興起,以混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)為(wei)主(zhu)材料的(de)建設方式已(yi)經成為(wei)了建筑業施工(gong)的(de)主(zhu)要構造之一,在各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)程施工(gong)建設中占據了很大(da)的(de)比例,使得混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)機(ji)械的(de)發展(zhan)經久不衰,且有(you)越演(yan)越烈的(de)形勢(shi)。拖(tuo)式混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)泵(beng),簡稱拖(tuo)泵(beng),是(shi)各(ge)種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)機(ji)械中的(de)一種(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),用于混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土(tu)(tu)施工(gong)中的(de)輸(shu)送和澆注工(gong)作。

選擇多大(da)電(dian)機(ji)混凝(ning)土泵,首(shou)先要考(kao)慮變(bian)壓器容量,其(qi)次(ci)考(kao)慮距離混凝(ning)土泵的遠(yuan)近(jin)和線徑大(da)小,以免壓降過(guo)大(da)造成電(dian)流增高或跳閘停機(ji),過(guo)大(da)功率造成成本增加和使用不便(bian)。電(dian)機(ji)過(guo)小,同(tong)時也滿足不了工程需要。

一臺混凝(ning)土(tu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)泵的電機功率是決(jue)定出口壓力(li)和輸(shu)送(song)(song)方量的前提(ti)條件,在(zai)電機功率一定的情況下,壓力(li)的升高必將使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量降低;相反,降低出口壓力(li),將會使輸(shu)送(song)(song)量增加。
為了保證混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)既要(yao)有(you)較大(da)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang),又能有(you)一定(ding)的出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力和(he)與之相匹配(pei)的經濟功率(lv)(lv)(lv),在混凝(ning)土輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)泵(beng)(beng)的設(she)計中,大(da)都采用了恒(heng)功率(lv)(lv)(lv)柱塞泵(beng)(beng);即恒(heng)功率(lv)(lv)(lv)值選定(ding)后,當出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力升高時,油泵(beng)(beng)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)排量(liang)會自(zi)動降低,達到(dao)與功率(lv)(lv)(lv)設(she)計相對應的值;如果既要(yao)達到(dao)出(chu)(chu)(chu)口(kou)壓力高,又想得到(dao)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)量(liang)大(da)的目(mu)的。惟一的途徑(jing)就(jiu)是增加(jia)電機功率(lv)(lv)(lv)。
因此(ci),在國家新標準中(zhong),引用了混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)能力指(zhi)數概念(以(yi)MPa·m3/h為度量(liang)單位);即(ji)混凝土輸(shu)送泵的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)際出(chu)口壓力與每小時(shi)實(shi)(shi)際輸(shu)送量(liang)之(zhi)乘積,該(gai)值越大(da),其能力指(zhi)數也越大(da),電機的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)率(lv)也將越大(da),由此(ci)實(shi)(shi)現大(da)排量(liang)、高(gao)揚程的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。科尼樂公(gong)司(si)在設計時(shi),還采用了高(gao)低壓切(qie)換(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能設計,以(yi)滿(man)足不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工要求,在經濟狀態下,又能產生較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)送量(liang),或(huo)者以(yi)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)電機功(gong)率(lv),產生較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)口壓力。
