選擇多大(da)(da)電(dian)(dian)機混凝土泵,首先要(yao)考慮(lv)(lv)變壓器容量,其次考慮(lv)(lv)距離混凝土泵的遠近(jin)和線徑大(da)(da)小,以免壓降過(guo)大(da)(da)造成電(dian)(dian)流增高或(huo)跳閘(zha)停機,過(guo)大(da)(da)功率造成成本增加和使用不便。電(dian)(dian)機過(guo)小,同(tong)時也滿足不了工(gong)程需要(yao)。

一(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵(beng)的電機功率是決定(ding)(ding)出(chu)口壓(ya)力和(he)輸(shu)(shu)送方量(liang)的前提條件(jian),在電機功率一(yi)定(ding)(ding)的情況下,壓(ya)力的升(sheng)高必將使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)降(jiang)(jiang)低;相反,降(jiang)(jiang)低出(chu)口壓(ya)力,將會使(shi)輸(shu)(shu)送量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)既要有較大輸(shu)送(song)量(liang),又能有一(yi)定的(de)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)和(he)與(yu)(yu)之(zhi)相匹配的(de)經(jing)濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵(beng)的(de)設計(ji)中,大都采(cai)用了(le)恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即恒(heng)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定后,當出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)升高時(shi),油泵(beng)輸(shu)出排量(liang)會(hui)自動降低,達(da)到(dao)與(yu)(yu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計(ji)相對應的(de)值;如(ru)果既要達(da)到(dao)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)高,又想(xiang)得到(dao)輸(shu)送(song)量(liang)大的(de)目的(de)。惟一(yi)的(de)途徑就是增加電機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此(ci),在(zai)國家新(xin)標準中,引(yin)用了混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)能(neng)力指數(shu)概念(以MPa·m3/h為(wei)度量單位);即(ji)混(hun)凝土輸(shu)送泵(beng)的(de)實際(ji)出(chu)(chu)口壓力與每小時實際(ji)輸(shu)送量之乘積,該值越大(da)(da),其能(neng)力指數(shu)也越大(da)(da),電機的(de)功(gong)率也將越大(da)(da),由此(ci)實現大(da)(da)排量、高揚程的(de)目的(de)。科尼樂(le)公(gong)司(si)在(zai)設計(ji)時,還采用了高低(di)壓切(qie)換的(de)功(gong)能(neng)設計(ji),以滿(man)足不同的(de)施工(gong)要求,在(zai)經濟狀態(tai)下,又能(neng)產(chan)生較大(da)(da)的(de)輸(shu)送量,或(huo)者以相同的(de)電機功(gong)率,產(chan)生較高的(de)出(chu)(chu)口壓力。
