隨著(zhu)現代(dai)工(gong)業的(de)(de)興起,以混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)為主材(cai)料的(de)(de)建設方式已經(jing)成(cheng)為了建筑業施工(gong)的(de)(de)主要構造之一,在各(ge)種(zhong)工(gong)程施工(gong)建設中(zhong)占據(ju)了很大的(de)(de)比例,使(shi)得混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)機械(xie)的(de)(de)發(fa)展經(jing)久不衰(shuai),且有(you)越演越烈的(de)(de)形(xing)勢。拖式混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)泵(beng),簡稱(cheng)拖泵(beng),是(shi)各(ge)種(zhong)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)機械(xie)中(zhong)的(de)(de)一種(zhong),用(yong)于(yu)混(hun)(hun)凝土(tu)(tu)施工(gong)中(zhong)的(de)(de)輸送(song)和澆(jiao)注工(gong)作。

選(xuan)擇多大電機(ji)混凝(ning)土泵(beng),首先要考(kao)慮(lv)變壓器容(rong)量,其次考(kao)慮(lv)距離混凝(ning)土泵(beng)的遠近和線徑大小,以免壓降(jiang)過(guo)大造成電流增高或跳閘停機(ji),過(guo)大功(gong)率造成成本增加(jia)和使用不便。電機(ji)過(guo)小,同(tong)時也滿足不了工(gong)程需要。
混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵功率、混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵出(chu)口壓力、混(hun)凝土輸(shu)(shu)送泵輸(shu)(shu)送量之間(jian)的關(guan)系
一(yi)(yi)臺混凝土輸(shu)送泵的電機功率是決定(ding)出(chu)口壓力和(he)輸(shu)送方量(liang)的前提條件,在電機功率一(yi)(yi)定(ding)的情況(kuang)下,壓力的升高必將(jiang)使輸(shu)送量(liang)降(jiang)低;相反(fan),降(jiang)低出(chu)口壓力,將(jiang)會使輸(shu)送量(liang)增加。
為了(le)保證混凝(ning)(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)既(ji)要有較大(da)(da)輸送(song)(song)量,又能有一定的出口壓(ya)力(li)和(he)與(yu)之相匹配的經濟功(gong)(gong)率(lv),在混凝(ning)(ning)土輸送(song)(song)泵(beng)的設計中(zhong),大(da)(da)都(dou)采用了(le)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)柱塞泵(beng);即(ji)恒功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值選定后,當出口壓(ya)力(li)升高(gao)時,油泵(beng)輸出排量會(hui)自動降低,達到(dao)與(yu)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)設計相對應的值;如果既(ji)要達到(dao)出口壓(ya)力(li)高(gao),又想得到(dao)輸送(song)(song)量大(da)(da)的目(mu)的。惟一的途(tu)徑就(jiu)是增加電(dian)機功(gong)(gong)率(lv)。
因此,在(zai)國(guo)家新標(biao)準中(zhong),引(yin)用了混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的能(neng)力指數概(gai)念(nian)(以MPa·m3/h為度量單位);即混凝土輸(shu)送(song)泵的實(shi)際出口(kou)壓力與每(mei)小時實(shi)際輸(shu)送(song)量之乘積,該值越(yue)大,其(qi)能(neng)力指數也越(yue)大,電機的功(gong)(gong)率也將越(yue)大,由此實(shi)現大排量、高揚(yang)程的目(mu)的。科尼樂公司在(zai)設計(ji)(ji)時,還(huan)采用了高低壓切(qie)換(huan)的功(gong)(gong)能(neng)設計(ji)(ji),以滿足不(bu)同的施工要求,在(zai)經濟(ji)狀態下(xia),又能(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)大的輸(shu)送(song)量,或者(zhe)以相同的電機功(gong)(gong)率,產(chan)生(sheng)較(jiao)高的出口(kou)壓力。
